Exchange And Return Policy

Exchange and Return policy according to consumer protection law no. 181 from law no.67 for the year 2018.

Return Conditions:

If found any manufacturing defects or not in compliance with the original specifications.

  • The availability of the original purchase invoice.
  • The return must only be within a maximum of 14 days from the purchase date.

Exchange Conditions:

1- The product has to be in original condition, sealed and box unopened.

2- The availability of the original invoice purchase invoice.

3- The exchange must only be within a maximum of 14 days from the purchase date.

4- Exchange should be with the same value or higher.

5- All exchanges must be shipped under customer responsibility; the customer is responsible for any return or exchange.
