Return Conditions

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• It comes in its original packaging and box, with all included accessories.
• You have the invoice or order number.
• The request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

• Screen protectors once installed.
• In-ear earphones once the seal is opened, for hygiene reasons.
• Any item showing signs of use, damage or scratches.

If any of these items has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it, of course.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, Live Stores covers the full shipping cost.
